Delivery
We offer our clients a rich catalog of furniture. The average delivery time for the various items is indicated in their description. Typically, furniture can be delivered to customers at a convenient time.
- All orders are shipped for free in the entire country to your address (or to the nearest place our van can reach) with our own dedicated transport to ensure the safe arrival of Your furniture.
- We supply only our own specialized transport - we store and take care of the packaging, we are responsible for the furniture until they reach your home safely.
- At an additional charge the furniture can be brought to your apartment (if possible).
- Furniture is usually delivered in flat packaging. The installation instructions are in the packages.
One day before the delivery we will call to inform and arrange a convenient delivery time.
The description of the goods usually shows the preliminary delivery time, which is calculated from the date of the order confirmation, ie. when the order is verified and confirmed by phone. We will notify you by e-mail or via SMS for the approved and submitted order. You can track your orders here.
Under each product, the description describes the approximate time required for production and delivery. This period is considered from the moment the order is confirmed by email or by telephone. The term is not exactly defined and may vary. Before accepting and confirming your order for delivery, please make a careful inspection of any external damage or missing parts and mark them on the invoice. No prepayment! ou can pay when the goods arrive.
The invoice is provided at the moment of delivery.
Cash on Delivery. For your convenience, we offer the opportunity to pay as you are accustomed to an ordinary store - cash. This way you can pay for your order at the moment of delivery. The driver will give you a receipt and an invoice.
Credit or debit card. You can pay by credit or debit card upon delivery. The driver will give you a receipt and a VAT invoice.
Bank transfer. You can pay by bank transfer before the delivery date. Please enter the order number (for example, # 123456) in the "payment reason" field.

With a guaranteed good price, we give you the same price as the product in another online furniture store based in Bulgaria, adding a free shipping.
To take advantage of a "guaranteed good price", you should send us a link to the same product in the online store where you have seen a lower price.
A link can be sent by e-mail, writing to us on Facebook, or placing it in the comment box when ordering.
Guaranteed good price does not apply if:
